Cancellations

For pay-what-you-wish tours, you can cancel at any time. If you know you can’t make it, please cancel your booking to allow others to join and to respect the guide’s time.

For paid tours, cancellations with a refund are possible up to 24 hours before the tour starts. You’ll receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll also receive a full refund or credit.

To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us. No-shows will be charged the full price.

BOOKING RULES:

Booking is obligatory. Our pay is as you wish tours are designed for individual travellers and small groups. We don’t accept parties of more than 7 people. If you travel in a group of 8 or more (school groups, larger groups of friends, etc.), please choose a paid option, if it's available, or book a Private Tour.
